VAC glue (also called PVB) was used as an adhesive between safety glass. When producing safety glass, the two sides are uneven and cannot be used. We take the VAC glue from the two sides of glass that are discarded in production and recycle it. The VAC material we recycled are from Post-Industrial (Pre-consumer), and can be applied to coating or film for lamination on fabrics.
VAC is a copolymer that possesses highly stable chemical activity. It is an environmental friendly material. VAC resembles PVC in many aspects, such as physical properties, processability, and external senses. It’s said that VAC is the most sustainable alternative to soft PVC.
